LnL Walkshrough V2.1 Mistake

Recently, when I am teaching friends about LnL system and using the example of walkthrough book V2.1, I just found a small mistake. The SW rule is as following:



But in the walkthrough book, when using a hald squad to fire, the FP calculation is wrong:



The 1-4-4 has only 1 figure on the counter, so its a half squad and when fire the SW, it shall forfeit its inherent FP. If the SW is held by the Leader, its FP is halved.So no matter how you calculate, it should be 1+2+1=4

If you look on the chart for step reductions, it lists the 1-4-4 as a unit, not a reduced unit.

Thanks for your input sir. But in the walkthrough, what I pointed out which mis-calculated is not the 1-4-4 from German Unit,
it's a unit from US 101 Division or 82 Division.

Yes, it's a very good reduction table. You can see the actual snap of the walkthrough:



The 1-4-4 is a half squad. Hope LNP can rectify it.
