1.6.1.1 Tripod Machine Guns (aka 1.6.1.01 in HotG)

A "shaken" unit that possesses a dismantled M1919A4 machine gun, and co-located with GO Leader rallies in a subsequent Rally Phase. Does anything prevent him from then flipping the MG to its set-up tripod side in that same Rally Phase? Is there a sequence or limitation that would prevent both actions within the 2-4 minutes of a turn.

You just do it after the Squad rallied.

That's the way I went, although their fire was ineffective and then got crushed with the return fire. Thanks for the clarification.
