4 Player Scenarios

Has anybody tried to design any 4 player scenarios? I was thinking about doing this with HotN, with two players playing the VC and NVA, and another two playing either the ARVN and US Army, or Marines.

If anybody has any experience trying a 4 player scenario, I'd love to hear about any rules modifications you made, and what recommendations you have for others trying this.

I haven't tried this yet but will soon: each player rolls initiative and then activates throughout the turn in the initiative order rolled. The next turn, each player rolls initiative again. Hopefully this will have little impact on the rules/system.
