11.2 state that Heroes can Assault Move. Is this still true when their MF is boxed in yellow (as for the Belgian hero in Heroes in Defiance or the Argentinian hero in Heroes of the Falklands) or even not boxed at all (as the American heroes and one of the Soviet hero in Heroes Against the Red Star)?
