Assuming no SSR. it is blocked. I treat the bridge wall as a regular Wall hexside thus the hex immediatly behind the wall (H5 here) is not blocked but anything beyond it is.

If that is the case, I'd say even H5 is blocked.

Like Bartheart said. I use the actual graphic to determine if the bridge wall interfere with LOS but I apply the Wall rules to determine in which hex LOS is blocked beyond the bridge wall graphic
