Late to the Party - A Tactical Series Question

I've been away from the Lock 'n Load games for awhile, most gaming actually. Anyway with the arrival of All The Zombie Reloaded I stated getting interested in my LNL series stuff again, Mainly Forgotten Heroes of Vietnam. It looks as if this series has been replaced with the Tactical Series. I have just downloaded the Living Rules but have not had a chance to read them yet. Before I do are the rules usable with the with the older stuff? Can I play Forgotten Heroes with the Tactical Series Rules or are the counters and charts too different?

YES, the rules can be used with any of the Lock 'n Load games already released. You should fine the rules much cleaner and easier to read and find things,
