Just finished the first two scenarios of For the Emperor, and noticed it did not record the results in the "Record" tab of the scenarios. I got the usual game summary screen at the end of each. I did notice I got the popup about leaving the scenario when clicking the exit to main menu button after the summary screen. I cannot remember if that is a usual prompt then or not.
