Op movement skill

Hi guys,

Does the Op Movement skill place a moved marker on the moving unit or is it free to act afterwards.

"...At any point they would be able to Opportunity Fire, they can activate and move instead..."

Yes, just as you put a Fired marker on a unit that Op Fires.
