Question on Pledge of Honor

If one owns Heroes of the Nam 1 and 2, is Pledge of Honor a new set of scenarios or does it contain Heroes of the Nam 1 and 2 scenarios?

I'm not exactly sure on this one. I'm new to the system and very pleased so far with Heroes in Defiance.
