Shaken Armor without an Armor Leader

In a "home-brewing" May 1940 scenario and the Turn 3 Rally Phase I have a French H39 tank that was shaken in the previous turn. Being that there is no French Armor Leader in that tank, nor even on the board at this moment (one will be with the S35 counter-attack) are there any options for this unlucky tank other than perhaps conducting a self-preserving withdrawal? I am of the understanding that this tank has no option to rally.

Hi Pete

Vehicles can self rally: from 15.0:
Morale: Is the unit’s morale. Shaken vehicles must button up (close all hatches), they cannot fire their weapons, their movement factor is halved, and they cannot spot. Vehicles can Self-Rally, and if a Vehicle-Leader is onboard, the vehicle uses the Leader’s Morale rating to rally. The Leader can also subtract his Leadership modifier from the rally dice roll. Vehicles DO subtract 2 from their rallying-attempt die roll for being in terrain with positive TM.

Does it help?
David
