We Stand Alone Scenario One FUBAR?

Guys, scenario one, Brecourt Manor-Revised shows the Germans setting up three MG-42's in hexes C5, C7 and C8, along with O-5-4 squads. It then states that the gun positions are G3, H6, H8, and H10. It also states that a half-squad with an MG-43 should be placed in H4. How is Lt. Michael supposed to blow up the guns when there are none in the positions? Should the MG-42's be placed in the C5, C7 and C8 hexes? Thanks in advance.

The MG's are not the "guns". They are printed on the map.

Those symbols are GUNS? Looks like trees from above to me, but thanks for the clarification.

They are guns with camo tarps over top. If you look closely you can see the gun barrels sticking out.

Do those guns block LOS? I didn’t see anything on the TEC, so I shot through them, but I felt dirty doing it

The guns do not block LoS. Just treat them as non-usable weapon teams.
War is dirty so have at it.

Yeah, sorry, they DO NOT block LoS. Bad fast typing.

It's not in the rules that I know of but when we we're testing that's how it was played....
