This campaign was part of the "Into the Breach" Pre-order, and was based on the support level. As you can see, you had to spend a lot of money to get a copy of it included, so not sure how many of these are in existence. Here is a list of the support levels:
Download Supporter: $20. Every Download Supporter gets a downloadable, print ‘n play copy of Into the Breach, and their name listed in the module rules as a supporter.
Game Purchaser: $35 + postage. This gets you one copy of Into the Breach, and your name listed in the module rules as a supporter.
Game Purchaser Plus: $63 + postage. This gets you two copies of Into the Breach, and your name listed in the module rules as a supporter.
Limited Edition Game Purchaser: $100 + postage This gets you one copy of Into the Breach, TWO bonus scenarios, and your name listed ON THE BOX as a supporter, packaged in one of 100, limited edition boxed copies of the game, numbered, and initialed by Mark. These numbered and signed boxed copies will only be made available through this preorder.
Combo Purchaser: $150 + postage. This gets you one copy of Into the Breach and one copy of The Untold Stories, TWO bonus scenarios, and your name listed ON THE BOX as a supporter, packaged in one of 100, limited edition boxed copies of the game, numbered, and initialed by Mark. These numbered and signed boxed copies will only be made available through this preorder.
Ultimate Purchaser: $250, postage paid. This gets you one copy of Into the Breach, and one copy of The Untold Stories, the TWO bonus scenarios, and your name listed ON THE BOX as a supporter, packaged in one of 100, limited edition boxed copies of the game, numbered, and initialed by Mark. Also includes a complete, eight-scenario bonus campaign in its own, full color scenario booklet, and 16 extra die-cut counters. This campaign will only be made available through this order.
Gold Purchaser: Only one available. $1000. Mark H. Walker, the owner of Lock ‘n Load Publishing, will personally deliver one copy of The Untold Stories and Into the Breach, anywhere in the United States on March 2, 2012. Additionally, you get your name listed on the box as a supporter, the TWO bonus scenarios, packaged in one of 100, limited edition boxed copies of the game, numbered, and initialed by Mark. Also includes a complete, eight-scenario bonus campaign in its own, full color scenario booklet, and 16 extra die-cut counters. This campaign will only be made available through this order.
