Could we please get Sniper interrupt at least for Hotseat?

Hi Tom!

I know you said Sniper interrupt for MP would be complicated and is planned but needs work.
Could you maybe activate it for Hotseat Mode? Because there i see no problem with it since the game is played on one local computer.
