Disembark & fire with infantry?

1. Can an infantry unit move & fire? I assume yes, with the penalties of black/blue/green AP/HE. I assume this also allows it to use a support weapon in this case.
2. Can an infantry disembark from a carrier and fire? I assume not, although it is not specifically prohibited under '9.8.2 Unloading', which just states that "If the Passenger unit unloads into the Transport unit’s hex, or an adjacent hex not occupied by enemy units, it is now marked Ops Complete."

Hi Pierre,

1. Yes!
2. Unless you are unloading into an assault (which is not part of the move and fire action) what you quoted is what specifically prohibits infantry from firing after unloading: "it is now marked Ops Complete". Ops Complete means no further actions may be taken.
