Multiple Activated Hexes Entering Melee

Let's say a Leader in a hex with a Squad(#1) also activates an adjacent hex with another Squad (#2).

Squad #2 moves and enters a hex with an enemy unit. The Leader with his Squad wants to do the same.

Does the Melee with #2 and the enemy happen first and the Leader + #1 reinforces after or can Leader +#1 join #2 for that initial Melee?

The melee happens as soon as #2 enters the hex. The leader and #1could only reinforce.

Could the Leader and #1 reinforce after the enemy took their phase, i.e. with a melee marker on it, even if the turn hasn't ended?

Yes. They would reinforce it, meaning another melee round would not happen and be resolved until the next turn

Thanks, the turn would have to end before another melee round begins, that's how I was playing it.
