Opportunity fire and Initiative Phase

A unit may opportunity fire at the enemy during the enemy initiative phase, correct? It's not an invulnerable move?

Correct, the initiative just a normal activation

Are the initiative units marked ops complete and therefore remain that way through turn 1 until either their formation card is drawn or the turn ends and all ops complete markers are removed. Or are the ops complete markers removed before the start of turn one for all units, for those that activated under the initiative and those that might have op fired. ie is everything rest ready for the start of turn one after the iniative phase?
