scrambled unit tabs

I just tried this here and do not get the scrambling switching from bombard to other tasks. But I have just made a change in the code to fix another issue that may also have fixed this one. The change affected the display of the TaskEdit dialog. So I will need to put out a new build and get you to try this again.

What was your font setting. Was it 96dpi?

default...100% ... 96 dpi
