DUPLICATE - game crash when opening 1TV or 1CP tabs from lower menu bar

Hi. As noted above, when I try to open either the 1TV or 1CP tabs, I receive an CmdOps.exe window with the message, "CmdOps.exe has stopped working". Then Windows attempts to find the solution and then closes the game. I had no problem with CO2 until this latest update (April 22). Thank you.
