The APD McKean and Manley transported the majority of the Marines - but - also included in the raid were the YP-298 and YP-346 (in navy slang, the “Yippies”) which were TUNA fishing boats that were purchased or leased “until victory” just after Pearl Harbor.
The YP was a designation for Yard Patrol.
